If I don't accept my 1st CAO preference, will I get offered my 2nd?

Unfortunately, no. When you receive an offer through the CAO, you will not receive an offer for a lower preference in subsequent rounds.

We always advise EU/EFTA/UK applicants to put their CAO choice list in genuine order of preference (i.e. put the course you really want to do at the top, even if you're not sure if you'll get the points for it).
