I am an incoming new student and require a receipt for my deposit paid?

A deposit payment paid via the UCC application system provides a receipt upon transaction, which is accepted for visa purposes.  Where it is not possible to pay on the system, we would advise you pay via TransferMate, The receipt your receive upon transaction via Transfermate, is  accepted as an official receipt from UCC and accepted for visa application purposes.  Under exceptional circumstances, where both UCC Apply and Transfermate are not possible, you should contact the International Office in relation to making a payment via wire transfer, who will advise you on the relevant details required. Upon advise, you can then progress the receipt request to payments@ucc.ie

Please note that it can take up to 2 week processing time, to receive a receipt for wire transfer payment, therefore we would recommend payment via Transfermate, as this is the quickest method of payment.
