How do I get a student ID card?

Please note: A dedicated webpage for information about COVID-19, containing FAQ’s, can be accessed here.

To get a student ID card, you must be registered for the current academic year and have fees paid.

Please view the latest information regarding the issue of ID cards on the Student Records and Examinations Office webpage at https://www.ucc.ie/en/registration/id-cards/

At the above link you can make an appointment to attend the SREO in the West Wing and have your photo taken if required.  A card can then be issued to you immediately.  Please read carefully all the information at this link advising you re the Covid 19 Self declaration form etc.

If you are a First year International student, please book a date which will be a date after your 2 week self quarantine period is over.

If you cannot find the answer to your question or if you need additional support, send us a query by logging in here.
