I have not received my registration email what do I do?


If you accepted a UCC offer more than 3 working days ago and are not sure if you've received your registration email, don't panic! First, please check your junk/spam folders and make sure you have UCC on your "Safe Senders" list. Second, double-check your email address on your CAO portal—we'll send both your registration email and IT password email to the email address we have on file from the CAO. 

If your email is correct and there is nothing in the Junk/Spam folders, please send us a query through the prospective web form (choose the Registration dropdown option). In your query, please provide your student number and let us know whether you are missing the registration email, IT password email, or both.
