I have Failed a Semester 1 exam. I have Mitigating circumstances, what do I need to do?

The Semester 1 results released in February are provisional and as such are subject to change. However, when approved by a Spring / Summer Examination Board, you can apply for a Waiver of capping of Marks for a supplemental/repeat year examination.

Completed cap waiver application must be submitted  in the 2 week period after your final results for examinations for your academic year have been released. (For the majority of students, this is when Semester 2 (Summer) results are released).
