What must I include in my exam/assessment appeal application?

You must fill out the following information as part of your exam/assessment appeal application:

1. Your academic profile details (e.g. name, student number, programme, year).
2. The modules(s) you are appealing.
3. Your payment details.
4. The Grounds you are appealing under (Grounds A or/and B or/and C).
5. A personal statement outlining your appeal. 6. Supporting documentation.
