Student Central is a new single point of contact within the UCC Registry and Fees area, designed to provide an outstanding service to students throughout the student lifecycle.
Student Central can answer general queries relating to Fees, Student Records and Examinations, Admissions, International Office and Graduate Studies for current and prospective students. That means if you are unsure of where to go for help, you can pop into our desk in the Hub and we will do our best to answer your questions.
Student Central can also issue letters of attendance and for students applying for the Back to Education Allowance and letters for opening a bank account. We also certify forms, e.g. Social welfare, Medical cards, J1 visas etc.
