When is the HEAR Orientation at UCC?
1st year students coming to UCC who are HEAR eligible must attend a mandatory HEAR Orientation before term starts, as part of the terms and conditions of your HEAR offer and supports. At UCC this is organised by the UCC PLUS+ office. Please note this is separate from, and in addition to, your one-day, main college orientation and any orientation for your specific course.
After the CAO offers are made, staff from the UCC PLUS+ Programme will contact all HEAR-eligible Students coming to UCC directly, with full details about the HEAR Orientation. For full details of the UCC PLUS+ / HEAR Orientation please see the UCC PLUS+ website.
