I forgot my student IT password and it says to enter my ‘secondary email address’, what is this?

Your secondary email address is no longer needed to reset your student IT password.
You can reset your password using Self Service Password Reset. https://www.ucc.ie/en/sit/support/studentselfservicepasswordreset/
