How do I change the name on my student record?
To change your name on the UCC Student Records Database, please submit one of the following official forms of ID to the Admissions Office either in person or by email, quoting your student number:
- Passport,
- Birth Certificate,
- NDLS Card,
- Marriage Certificate,
- Deed Poll.
If you are a Postgraduate student, you need to do the same in the Graduate Studies Office.
