Mitigation acknowledges certain circumstances that may impact on your performance at the first attempt of an examination or assessment.

If you have mitigating circumstances, you can choose to either apply to defer Modules/Examinations in advance of taking Examinations/Assessments or apply for a Waiver of capping of Marks for a Supplemental/Repeat Examination when results are released for the module(s) concerned.
